    NHÂN VIÊN LỄ TÂN

    NƠI LÀM VIỆC: TPHCM

    MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:
    – Welcome & assist guests with professional & friendly manners to ensure they have good impression with company
    – In charge of booking hotels, cars or tickets based on the office requirements
    – Assist in the planning & preparation of meetings, conferences …
    – Answer all incoming calls & handle callers’ inquires whenever possible
    – Re-direct calls as appropriate & take adequate messages when required Receive letters, documents, fax and send to departments
    – Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies Receive stationery request from departments and prepare for it
    – Keep offices clean everyday
    – Undertake other tasks assigned by Head of Administration

    YÊU CẦU:
    – College Graduate, major: Business Administration or relating area
    – At least 03 years’ experience working in receptionist position
    – Understanding of office admin tasks
    – Good verbal & oral communication skill Time management skill
    – Negotiation skill
    – Fluent in Vietnamese and English
    – Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
    – Keeping good relationship with other departments
